Karen and Tara are fantastic!
I experienced above and beyond customer service, from the entire staff. The ladies at the front desk had it together! They honored my Groupon without question, were very attentive and kind, and made me feel comfortable as I waited. Tino, my massage therapist, was also very nice and professional; he did a really good job focusing on my areas of concern. I appreciated how he checked in with me during the massage to make sure the pressure and table temperature was okay. I felt soooo relaxed after my massage!
My consultation with Tara was Outstanding!!! She gave me very clear helpful professional information for my home care as well as what products I would need to get the results I am looking for. Tara is very professional and definitely educated as an aesthetician. I highly recommend her for facial services. I had a very relaxing massage. Everyone was pleasant and the environment was clean and attractive.
Great! The only improvement I think you should make is the laundering of your towels. I could smell the Downy or laundry detergent used every time she put a towel on my face. Is it possible to launder your towels with a scent free detergent? It took away from the beautiful smell of the great products you used on my face!

Friendly, great massage, clean. Only recommendation would be for directions to be on the text message with appointment confirmation maybe not the actual directions but at least the address
Some of the best customer service. The massages are so relaxing.
Excellent experience. My first facial and it was fantastic. Brittany spent time with me and explained the different options that were best for my skin. I will be back next month to see them again.
