This was a very unpleasant experience. Hoping to prevent others from falling into this same trap. I had my initial appointment and thought it went well, I was prescribed a medication and just had to get it filled at my local pharmacy. I reached back out after having issues getting the ordered filled and was told they would help me find a pharmacy that had this medication in stock. They did absolutely nothing. I’ve been seeing Dr. Rooney for about a year now, and to be honest, I never really wanted to talk to a psychiatrist. I’ve always been pretty headstrong and stubborn, so opening up didn’t come easy. I've tried a few psychiatrists in my lifetime, and this was the most personable experience. By far a great and friendly team of people, they ask pertinent questions and make sure to make you feel comfortable. They took your needs into consideration. Super appreciative of Robert Lohlein, for making helping calm my anxiety and learn more about myself in a productive way.

If you want to sign up for a subscription and don't care much about your mental health care, then this is the place to go. They deny me services only because I didn't feel comfortable signing the credit card authorization form where you authorized to charge your credit card anytime they feel like, I've been a victim of fraud before therefore I don't feel comfortable leaving my credit card information at an office for everyone in the office to have access to.
