I have been dealing with Sparks Toyota for over 15 years. Purchasing and servicing my cars. Service has always been wonderful. But today I brought my new car in for 10,000 mile service. My appointment was at 11 and at 11:30 the service person called me to tell me everything was good and if I wanted to add a certain fluid to the car. I said OK.
