I purchased my truck from them in 2017. Never once had I received any thing negative from sales to service. They have always been upfront and informative. Service is efficient and polite. Always considerate of my needs and concerns.
I’ve been coming to Sparks for the past 10 years and the staff and service is always great! They’ve taken care of everything I’ve ever needed in a friendly and timely manner. Unless something drastic happens, I don’t see myself ever buying a vehicle from anywhere else.
The person who checked us in made sure we knew what service our car needed and helped us not get services we didn’t need.

Toyota had no record of my pre-paid service plan I bought when I purchased my RAV-4 in 2016. I was told I would have to pay for oil change and rotation. I find that just a little strange. Fortunately the service representative called and got that cleared.
No pressure salesman and great inventory.
