I arrived early and they were able to take my car on back for scheduled routine maintenance. Everyone was very nice and I didn't have to wait a long time. I am new to the area and this is the second time they have done routine maintenance. I will continue to use this very organized service department.
Chip Bull is a fantastic person to work with and made the process enjoyable. I would recommend him highly to anyone and will happily send people his way. Stephen and Jim were excellent as well. A very positive experience overall.

I am driving my fifth car from Sparks and have been treated well by all staff at Sparks. I had my 2018 RAV4 serviced a few days ago and I had only a 40 minute wait. Always treated with respect and kindness by service staff and sales personnel. I would recommend everyone to drive a Toyota from Sparks.
