Randy, as you are aware as it has been explained, when the initial bid to fix the preexisting leak and water damage in your patio was created by a subcontractor and approved, he did not consider all aspects of your leak. When I arrived and saw that the problem was caused by something he had not considered (cracks in the composite concrete that shielded the damaged soffit and fascia below it) I told you the bid would have to be increased to entail concrete repair. Had Jake the owner come and tell me why his gutter covers were superior to other well-known brands. He gave me a powerful sales pitch, and his prices were 3 times higher than other gutter covers. Jake showed up on time and did the work himself. Immediately we had rain in Billings, and the east side gutters leaked terribly to the point where the dripping water broke up the concrete sidewalk below in addition to water damage in the eaves.
