RecommendedGreat customer service! We had a minor repair that we needed to do in our Sunshine home that we bought through someone else a couple of years ago. We could not find help anywhere, even through Sunshine! My husband stopped at Spartan on a whim. They were so nice and helpful. They knew we were not going to be a sale but still took time and even helped solve our issue. If we were to purchase another home I would definitely use Spartan Homes in Summerdale! this business is comprised of a handful of crooks who will lie to you on every corner, and then blame everyone on their team (or fired ones) for all of your headaches. they changed documents on us and tricked us into do our own electrical and water "hook ups" when we were told the ONLY thing we were responsible for was septic. but they didn't change the price like a good dealer would - because, by the way, they would have to pay a contractor. If I could give Spartan homes no stars, I would. Last year, we decided to come to them in dreams of getting our first home. Their salesman, made so many promises and told us everything under the Sun. He assured us that any repairs that would need to be done would be taken care of. I asked if the manufacturer does not do them then what happens?
