we do not have a modular home, but needed help with something to go around the bottom of our shed. The owner was more than willing to help us. very friendly and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you ! Erby Suits
Great customer service! We had a minor repair that we needed to do in our Sunshine home that we bought through someone else a couple of years ago. We could not find help anywhere, even through Sunshine! My husband stopped at Spartan on a whim. They were so nice and helpful. They knew we were not going to be a sale but still took time and even helped solve our issue. If we were to purchase another home I would definitely use Spartan Homes in Summerdale!
