Well, I called Saturday morning and was told a technician would come to my house after 4pm. As of 5:30, no one showed. When I called to see what was going on, the receptionist told me there was no record of my call and that I didn't have an appointment. Then, the tech called me at 8:00 pm to apologize and we arranged something for Sunday morning.
