Great Service Easy to make appointments on line got me in and fast. Service guy explained everything. I did order an new key hope it won't take long.
great service Staff was friendly and honest. The waiting area had ample seating, beverages and snacks. I liked the availability of items for purchase (jumper cables, mats, water bottles, etc). Car wash with service was a nice bonus!
Wonderful Quick service, courteous people, fairly good prices, professional people, great hours, nice area to wait for car, choice of beverages, clean area, good magazines, not forcing people to buy something.

Excellent As a new car owner at age 85 I appreciated the attention given to my concerns about what my car needed in maintenance annually given I only drive it around 5000 miles per year. The car gets me from point A to point B and ,if it doesn't, I call Toyota.
Excellent customer service Went in to have tire pressure checked due to freezing temperatures. Staff was extremely responsive and courteous and did not push for services I do not need. This is the way to get repeat customers.
