Friendly fast service. Act professionally. Recommend this dealership. Juwlon had sold us our cars initially, so it is very easy to work with him in the Service area.
Tyler Pierce is a good guy. He's honest and straightforward and appears to have a lot of personal integrity. Odd for a car salesman, but he seems to be trustful!
Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was quite patient answering all of our questions and stayed several hours after he was supposed to get off work to complete our transaction. We didn't feel pressured or hurried and ended making a purchase that we feel good about.
Nothing negative to report....they are terrific! this is the third vehicle I have purchased from them and have always been happy with everything from sales to service.

i had a pleasant experience getting my oil changed. the wait was not too long. all of the employees were friendly and accommodating, especially Alec Smith.
I made a last minute appoitment and I was able to get in 30 minutes after I called. I was greated by friendly effecient service writer Juwion McAbee who promptly took care of me. In 45 minutes I was on my way again with a freshkly washed car and Mulitpoint Inspection service sheet that told me everything that was inspected and cared for. For $21.28 this is a real bargin in todays market. Oh by the way, I looked at a new Avalon with no pressure to buy from the sales person.
