I don't seem to understand the awful reviews some people have left here but my experience with Dr. Hu and staff has been wonderful. From start to finish, everything was great. Clean and friendly front desk and check out, nurses were very nice, my issue has been taken care of and now I'm back to my normal activities. Waiting time was a bit long but as a PATIENT I understand that this might be the case. Thank you Dr. Hu and staff for everything.

I had an appt. with Dr. Hu earlier this month for some filler and botox. Dr. Hu and her assistant, Laura, were so helpful figuring out just what I needed. I greatly appreciated their time, expertise, patience and cheerful dispositions. So professional and Dr. Hu is an amazing and talented doc besides being an artist in her work and such a darling person. They made my experience very positive and personal. Thank you so much.

Dr. Hu and her team are great! I came in with a tiny mole and it turned out to be melanoma. She did have to cut more and more to clear me but I understood that it could be a possibility. I'm not angry at her for cutting more, I'm thankful she did because she saved me from worse repercussions like... the loss of my life. The scar has been treated with laser to make it vanish, also I'm not expecting that part of my skin to look like it did before surgery but it has improved exponentially.

She is a SMILING, very thorough, caring, and helpful Doctor! She allows plenty of time for me to ask questions about concerns, as she goes over my body, looking for anythings that needs attention. Her surgrical skills, procedures an treatments are EXCELLENT! Her staff is also very qualified & friendly! VERY, VERY, PLEASED!

Dr. Hu, treated my mom for Melanoma and our experience couldn’t have been better! Her dedication and experience were something we found comfort in! She will forever be the person we see and continue to refer our friends and family too! Thank you Dr. Hu for saving my mom before things took a turn for the worst! Forever greatful for you!!

I have been coming to Dr. Hu for about 10 years now and I have never had a bad experience. I read some of the reviews that were negative and I don't understand the complaints. Some say she is too fast, others say she is to impersonal. I have found her to be friendly, fast and efficient. At her level of skill it doesn't take a lot of time to do the job. What you don't see is the time she spends in the lab looking at the samples to make sure that all of the cancer is removed.

I was struggling with a little bit of chin fat, so I decided to try Kybella. She made the procedure very comforting, and made sure I understood the entire process of the procedure before doing it. She's very genuine and truly cared about my comfort during the entire process.

For my first time going to Specialists In Dermatology , I had a great experience! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had my annual skin screening and the appointment went very well. I was out the door in no time! Dr. Hu is friendly, nice and efficient - you can tell she knows what she is talking about. I would highly recommend going to Specialists In Dermatology if you are in need of a good doctor for your annual skin screening. Will definitely be returning!
