Always excellent, professional, and kind care! Signs of surgery disappear quickly after my many basal cell carcinoma removals. Dr. Wu followed up with a personal phone call after the surgeries. That’s amazing!
Noell is THE best health care professional I've experienced in decades. The perfect blend of expertise and friendliness. I've had a good many biopsies, 2-3 Mohs and lots of freeze/burns and your office has never hurt me. I love all the staff.
I really needed to see a Dermatologist - one that accepted my insurance. Called a couple but the phone wasn't answered instead it was "we're busy - leave a call back number & we'll call you". 3rd. call turned out to be the charm - Joey answered my insurance question (yes), asked what I wanted to see the Dr. about & made an appointment to come in within a week. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because it is a kind of invasive exam where they look EVERYWHERE. Little embarrassing but I understand why it needs to be done. The Dr was straight & to the point. Sample was taken super fast. I was in & out in under 30 minutes.
