This office is absolutely wonderful! They have a very clean and pleasant facility in a nice location. There's a bit of traffic getting to them but I assure you it is worth it. The front desk staff are very friendly and the whole experience is more comfortable than I expected. Everyone is very kind and I felt like I was being heard, not just listened to and dismissed. Thank you for helping me and continuing to be a good place to come for pain management. It took me a bit to get in because of insurance issues, and my doctor offered a different pain management place but I refused. I came back to this place after moving away and coming home again and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Dr. Lamborn is amazing. He I very professional yet caring. He explores all methods of pain relief possible. I have been a patient for a few years now and have been very pleased with the treatment I have received.
Well I really like them for the most part. But it is hard to get in touch with a human immediately by phone when you are having trouble. You either have to make a phone appointment or they will answer by email in a couple of days. I have finally found a number for an actual human. The system they have created does work really well except for when it doesn’t. You can ask the doctor questions directly and the doctor will call you back not staff. I’ve dealt with many pain management places for 25 years due to back issues. This is the first one I’ve been to that I actually like the Dr. (Lamborn) and also all of the support staff. They’re patient, they take time to listen and there’s a lot of open conversations. They ask great questions and lay out plans to help you. They genuinely care!!
