I’ve moved several times, but I’ve never had an experience this flawless. The team from Noble Moving And Storage was friendly, organized, and went above and beyond to protect my fragile items. My glassware, mirrors, and artwork all arrived in perfect condition. I can’t recommend them enough!
Terrible. The name does this business justice it does NOT deserve. Think twice. Grow skin (they will try to get under it.) Have them on the speaker phone. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. We called and set up a move from Lakewood, WA to Hope, ID. We told the person on the phone that we had 2 - 10' x 10' x 20' Storage containers that were each around 80% to 90% full. The idiot in the office took almost 4000 cubic feet of stuff reported to him and allocated half a truck, around 697 cubic feet of space. They lost one of my boxes containing valuable antiques and no one is willing to help. My personal paperwork and collection of ancient records simply disappeared during the relocation. I have called the firm multiple times, but they keep avoiding me.
This company is a scam. Low ball the estimate then get you possessions on the vehicle and raise the price 3 fold. Will not remove items you are just screwed.
It was plainly careless on the part of the movers. When they lowered my office chair down the steps, one of the wheels snapped. They are refusing to refund me, and the money is now worthless.
Professionalism and caution were lacking among the movers. They dragged my mattress over the floor, ripping it apart, instead of carrying it. Now that I need to replace it, they are not returning my calls. Keep away your valuables from this company.
I booked a move and they made me give them item by item the inventory in my home, then when they arrived told me that they had to charge me an extra 11k to move my furniture. They refused to move the stuff on the manifest and then hung up on me when I asked her for her name and employee number. Please do not use this company. It is a scam
