From the initial visit to their showroom to the completion of our flooring project, this was a spectacular experience. Everyone we dealt with was great. They have a beautiful showroom with the friendliest, helpful staff. The installation team was stellar. Julio (one of the owners) came by a couple of times during installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend this local family run business. Sooooo much better than dealing with the warehouse type stores. We love our new floors !
I can’t say enough great things ability this company. The sent three guys to remove my glued down wood floors. Not an easy job. They did three rooms in just a few hours. Great guys. They helped us move furniture into my garage. They took all the laminate floors that I ripped up and disposed of the’ for me. Way above and beyond what they had to do. My wife and I paid Specialty Flooring to have tiles installed in our house .The first phase of the job was done so poorly that we’re heading to court to get our money back. None of the people working on site was able to communicate with us in basic English. Just that should tell you what to expect from them. I definitely give Specialty Flooring a 5-stars for pretending to be competent, qualified and professional. Really good actors.
