So i went to my consult With ortega. He was very nice & honest. He advised me that I needed a extended tummy tuck with muscle repair. My coordinator is Vivian & she's a doll. Hey all. I'm officially past my three months and am feeling slightly normal most days. I can go without my faja for a few hours if I'm wearing shorts or short dresses but after a few hours my back starts to hurt and I have to put it back on. I had my follow up and was told to still get massages and that I'm healing nicely and nothing needed to be fixed. My baby is still measuring in at 43 inches and my waist alternates between a 26-29 some days. My butt is still a bit sore some days so I do sometimes have to sit on my boppy.... read more
So I went to my local gnc today and I found arnica 30x tablets and the cream. My questions are 1) when do you start taking the tabs? 2) is there a diff between the cream and gel? 3) what do you do with the cream/gel?
I haven't really been on this laty but I have to say that I am completely happy and satisfied with my new boobs :) . The only issue that I seem to be worried about right now is that my right incision is still red and it feels bumpy I don't know if that is supposed to be like that. Anyways here are 3 more pictures of how they look now, it does seem like I ended up being either a 34C or D depends where I get the bra from.
