Dr.ortega and is staff at spectrum are AMAZING they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ortega took his time explained the procedure and what I could expect after. The result of the surgery definitely exceeds my expectation, I'm happy I chose spectrum for my procedure even as a post op patient the staff still calls to check in to see if I have any questions/to make sure I'm happy with my results.
Got my breast and tummy done in 2014. I asked and paid for silicone. Got to my hotel to rest after surgery and something told me to go through my paperwork. Come to find out they gave me saline. I was a bit disappointed but really what bothered me was they didnt even bother to tell me. Plus saline and silicone was a 1000 difference so if I hadnt made the discovery I would have then paid 1000 more for something that was 1000 cheaper. Just had my final massage...not really much change, except I don't have as many lumps. I had a follow up with my doctor and she said everything is going great. I thought I was developing seroma last werk, but Dr. Ortega's post op department contacted me and had me send in photos and said I wasn't, just normal lumps and swelling that will go away over time, so I was glad of that. Mommy Makeover! Dr. Ortega did a tummy tuck, breast lift with implants and Lipo on the flanks on November 9th. He is such a professional and very compassionate man. He is very knowledgeable and very honest with his patients. I felt totally comfortable and confident in his experience. I am still in post-op care and every time I see him, he puts me at ease and is always smiling!!

Had an extended tummy tuck 2 1/2 months ago. I did what I was told such moving around, low salt, good diet, and wearing girdle 2-3 mons. Verything is going well, less swollen but a long way to go. Dr Ortega was talented, funny, and sincere. The office was busy, but they post an emergency # for post op. I did much readingfor my own concerns. Recovery was everlasting and i still get swelling in my abdomen. But Im happy with what I got, it was an improvement. I have not done my mommy makeover yet but i will be scheduling that next year sometime. I will start a new review for that journey i hope all you Booty warriors are doing well cuz u look amazing!
Dr. Ortega was very informational he was very kind and patient he did a wonderful job on me and I'm going back to get breast reduction and a BBL done. It was a very good doctor very patient concerned about what I wanted what was my Outlook explain the procedures what was going to be done and what the outcome is going to be and everyone there was real nice and I really enjoyed myself even at the recovery house afterwards
