I haven't updated in a while but everything is going good! I feel pretty back to normal.. Just have to do things a bit slower sometimes. I still don't feel comfortable stretching up, hurts to lay on my stomach, or to reach backwards. I'm sure that all has to do with my MR. My drains were taking out at 2 weeks, thats how long my ps wanted them in for. I could've taken them out before then, bc it was at the minute, but I was nervous about getting a seroma. So, my drains came out this morning. I was still putting out 60-70cc of drainage but it was almost all serous drainage, clear-yellowish, which is the basis for all fluid in the body. Hopefully, no seromas develop but the longer they are in, especially since my antibiotics have been completed, the more chances of developing an infection. Feeling great
Had my tummy tuck and breast Lift on 3/7/2016. First date post Op and I'm doing wonderful. The surgery took a little over 3 hours and I'm so glad I did it.Dr. Mel Ortega and the staff at Spectrum Aesthetics were great. I was told to be at the office at 6am and they called me promptly at 6.After all the minor medical examinations (urine testing, blood pressure check, weigh in and temperature check) Dr. Ortega came in, answered all my questions and made me feel like family. My husband and I could tell he loves what he does.
It was an amazing experience with Dr Ortega. He is very upfront and honest. He is there just to take tour money he actually cares about his outcomes and patients satisfaction and health. All i felt was pressure for the first day but 2nd day was not bad at all. The horror stories if feeling like youve been hit by a truck is FALSE!

Hello Loves, I am posting a photo of my tummy tuck after 2 years. I have gained back about 30 lbs, but I didn't receive any new stretch marks. The scar is fading pretty well. However, I am now 6 1/2 months pregnant with my fourth child, so I am attaching a picture so you can see my belly beginning to stretch. Prayers for 0 more stretch marks. Since I am having a c-section, I may have to undergo the mommy makeover again...story of my life :)
