Hey ladies. Anyone going to Miami or Spectrum Aesthetics October 13 or 14?? Looking for a buddy. I'm having my breast done and a revision. Hi everyone, I just got off of the phone with Arlena, my surgery coordinator for Dr. Mel Ortega. I received my quote for a breast lift and extended TT! I want to give myself 6-8 months from now to have my procedure bc I want to lose some weight (and save up!) I have looked around on RealSelf for a few years now and decided on Dr. Ortega after following his Instagram feed as well as all of the great reviews on this site! I have wanted this for years and I am so excited!!!!
I met with Dr. Ortega 1 time. I was sent home by an assistant who was well-aware that one my drains was not working. I developed a large hematoma and had drainage for 5 weeks & spent 5 nights in the Hospital. I called dr. Ortega and was assured he would personally call me back since I was in a different state. He never once checked up on me. I had to go see a plastic surgeon in my homestate and had to pay out of pocket plus hospital bills. I am extremely disappointed with his lack of concern for a patient. I desperately needed a lift and implant Goldberg told me it wasn't possible but and said to do lift first then come back in a year to to implant..I think not..I had a good friend refer me to Dr.Ortega i did my research sent in consultation pics and he said he can definitely get it done ....9/20/17 is my surgery date! First let me start by saying that I did a lot of research with dofcotrs in the south Florida area and afternoon months I decided to get by far transfer with Dr.Ortega. So far I've almost paid the balance down to a zero. Now I'm just getting little things here and there!! I was wondering for any one that's had this done, did you book a round trip flight or just one way there? I know the stay is 4-5 days, so I should just do a one way trip correct? And also what's the benefit to taking someone with me? thanks!
Long time guys! I’m almost a year post op and I have been experiencing capsular contracture and sagging. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten capsular contracture with this surgeon I’m assuming it’s just me and my body. Sad. Currently looking for another doctor for a revision.
I traveled from Chicago to Miami to get my mommy makeover. I waited 10 years to receive my new body, after my surgery was over I noticed a difference with my body the masseuse and staff were very friendly and patient.
