Tara and her crew are very professional and prompt. From the moment I contacted her to the moment she walked out the door, my experience was awesome. When I first contacted Speedpro, Tara told me they were scheduling a couple of weeks out and asked if that was ok. I was fine with that but it was nice of her to be honest. Tara was very responsive and found a way to fit my scheduling needs. Her crew did an excellent job, kept the place clean, and were very efficient. They were able to get the job done earlier than expected which was a big plus for me! I will definitely use them again when I need a fresh coat of paint! <br /> <br />
Tara confirmed with me the day before; she and one other employee showed up on time; They completed the work and the ceilings are patched and paintedexcpetionally well. One ceiling wanted to give her a challenge by bubbling down in a spot, while still wet. She fixed it immediately, and let me know she would take care of any issues with that spot. <p>Tara gave us an estimate with pictures and she also stopped by to confirm the estimate. </p> <p>The estimate was reasonable and their job quality was great. They cleaned up well after finishing their job.</p>
Amazing. A+. From the initial e-mail all the way through to job completion was an outstanding experience. Tara communicated quickly, clearly and set my expectations. She is super friendly and very efficient. She treated my home like it was hers (drop cloth placement, moving furniture and cleaning up afterwards). My ceiling looks like there was never any water damage in the first place. I will use Tara again for my next painting job which she has already estimated for me. What a great experience.
