Rude from the first phone call to the last box. The movers complained constantly, took a 45-minute lunch in the middle of a two-hour job, and left scuff marks all down my hallway. To top it off, a box of jewelry went 'missing.' I do not trust this company at all."
They are not up front with policies. You call, a guy sends you a contract via text and ask you to sign while you're on the phone with him, takes your card number via phone to charges you $25 deposit. Kept my card number without telling me. I book on a Tuesday for Saturday but had to cancel on Wednesday. I'm charged $350. Guy on the phone never mentioned cancellation policy or for authorization to keep my card on file. Not honest procedures.
I used Wirks for my move and they were fantastic! The guys wrapped everything and took such care of my stuff.. When I moved again they came back. The men were fantastic. Several of my things were damaged and missing. They were working with me to get compensation and then I never heard back from them. Not sure I would recommend
