Since the first phone call, Spencer has been there for me. Always in contact and with excellent communication. They made me feel like I was family not a number on the board. I truly appreciate everything Spencer has done to help me with my loan and I'm sure I was a pain at moments but Spencer and his team are amazing. I was referred to Spencer Marsh with PRMI by a friend and was not sorry! I have been trying for a couple of years to get my 2 mortgages combined as one to reduce my rate and payment and every place I talked to said they couldn't do it. Spencer Marsh right away said that he could do it and it was very easy from that point on. He and the staff are very kind, friendly and very helpful! Spencer made it a pleasant experience instead of dreadful! I would definitely use them again!
