The customer service was great. The staff went the extra mile to satisfy my requests.
Variety is great, but out of stock items were not posted as sold out.therefore it makes the payment process confusing. Items are from different companies so the sizing differs. Would be awesome if there was a buy now pay later option, such as after pay or sezzle.

Well after ordering a gift for a friend, I received notification my item was on back order. Made a call for a substitute and the woman that helped me (very nice and patient) was able for me to swap for another item that was shipped all within the week, the item was received in time for the shower. My friend loved it!!
Delivery times on products are weeks. Fairly dissatisfied. Won't order again.
