You all did great up to a certain extent. I made an original purchase and while yes it was a typing error that caused my purchase to be un-deliverable, I've yet to receive it period. Was told it would take 10 days for the purchase to be reprocessed and resent. No action has been taken. Tried to make an additional purchase but was forced to have to spend extra money just to get something purchased. Not a very fair deal.
