The shipping process was awesome! I was able to track my order the whole way. It comes discreet, so nobody knows what is in the package. The outfit I ordered was also stretchy, comfortable and just like the picture! Loved my experience.

The website is great, easy to sort, and has good variety of product. Very user friendly and the phone center is great. One critique is that returning items is a pain and very slow to process. Other than that I have liked everything.
