Product great, just lack of clarity on delivery date

I love your stuff. Great prices. What I don’t love is the super slow shipping if I don’t pay extra for the Priority.

They have a great selection and items are very good quality. I needed to exchange an item that didnt fit and they issued a store credit quickly that I could apply to the new item.

The products are amazing and came as described. My wife and are pleased with all the outfits and items we bought. Fair price for excellent lingerie. Only negative was customer service. I called after placing my order (and having my credit card charged and getting my notifications) only to be rudely told that there was no order and that I must have messed up. Only after two calls was customer service able to find my order. The abrupt rudeness was certainly not called for. But, the lingerie was perfect when it arrived.
Love my costume! Will order again next year
