Pros: great selection, fair prices Cons: slow to ship (we are spoiled in this era of Amazon 2-day shipping), I ordered something that ended up being out of stock but it was part of a 2-piece set so that sucked (though I was refunded for the out-of-stock item, of course). Additional notes: customer service isn't "kind", but they get the job done. I had success with both email and chat service. Lingerie material is generally on the cheaper end, most of it made in Asia. But that wasn't unexpected to me.
