RecommendedThe entire staff are wonderful. My daughter's got their teeth cleaned and work done with no issues. My son had to have several teeth worked on and had to have IV sedation, the anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing, he listened to my concerns of previous experiences and done everything he could to help my baby boy relax and not end up with night terrors like previous experiences with another establishment, so my hats off to him! Cause the doctors suck there
I do like the staff, but lack of communication is my issue. I had to bring my son in because of pain and they told me he actually had a treatment plan. I was NEVER told that he had one and if we had after his first cleaning last August, when they had told me “everything was good”, we wouldn’t be in as bad a mess now. They also have not been putting sealant on either of my kids and I JUST now realized that hasn’t been done since August.
I absolutely do not recommend this dentist office. I am not a person to leave bad reviews but this place is absurd. My daughter needed IV sedation to have her dental work done, they only do this once a month. She was scheduled for 11.14.2020 but they called me to tell me they had an opening at 11.29.2020 at 12pm, so we took that instead. She was not allowed to eat or drink after midnight.
