Excellent comms! Only thing I'd suggest to make the experience better is to send out an email introducting the team there at Spire. Througouth the process, I ended up working with about 7 different people there. Matt Deluzio, Keenan Kitzman, Emilee Casey, Ryann Duran, Wes Stander, Katie Lacasse and Kimberly Durand. I could envision an email with names, faces and titles stating something like...you may deal with many people here at Spire during your purchase.
