Doug could not have been better! We had so many questions and he deftly guides us throughout the process with comfort and compassion. He was available to us at anytime and did a great job calling us to check in and communicate all facets of the mortgage process. I Was in need of doing a cash out refi on one of my rental properties, and was on a tight timeline.
