Mike had the challenge of helping us navigate a two fast closes (sale and purchase) in a 5 and 6 week window with the Christmas holiday thrown in for good measure. My buyers had a deadline around holiday travel and my sellers were on vacation in Hawaii. Matt is a true professional. He is patient and will talk thru all lending scenarios to make sure the fit is right for your personal situation. Matt is always available and the team he works with helps make the process as painless as possible. Plus he doesn't disappear after your loan is closed.
