Constant communication and quick execution. Really an outstanding performance by Dylan. Dylan helped me achieve a rate that’s almost 2.5% lower than market rates by doing some research on local assistance programs I’m qualified for. A few hiccups came up during the closing process due to underwriting issues, Dylan remained calm and explained the situation completely and accurately to me and was able to make a decision given his guidance.
