Mike and his team made our purchase go very smoothly, despite the added complexity of a bridge loan with the primary loan. He was always on top of communication and immediately addressed any issues that came up during the process. The application process was much, much better than I was experiencing with a large bank. Mike made the loan numbers work where the large bank could not. I am very appreciative of everything with the purchase and I'm looking forward to a continuing relationship.

I could tell my loan was in great hands with Austin. Austin worked very hard to ensure I was able to meet all my deadlines on a short close.
