The amount of dedication for a 21 day closing was great. The numbers that were given to me for the amount due at closing were very accurate and ended up being higher than what I ended up paying. This was great to not have any sticker shock at closing for amounts that could have been higher if I didn't have such a great team crunching the numbers to get me accurate quotes for everything
