I bought a new build house and initially got sucked in by the builders incentive for using the preferred lender. Long story short, the preferred lender was garbage. A friend heard about the trouble I was having and recommended I chat with Dave. I am so happy I did - Dave jumped in, got the ball moving and had me fully set up in just a few days. He was able to beat the preferred lenders rates, even after the builders incentive. Highly recommend to anyone. He's fast, knowledgeable and his team is super nice!
