Of the five mortgage loan officers I have worked with to purchase property Sean was the most responsive and knowledgeable. He will maximize your time if you are trying to buy a house. Of particular help was his knowledge of Colorado, since I was located in a different state at the time. He also taught me more about the VA loan and guided me to make the best decisions. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to others.

The loan process involves a lot of paper work and reading. Shannon was very helpful checking if we had any questions and was available on the phone to explain and support. Very quick and understandable e-mail support as well. Before the closure, we went through the important parts of the loan. Shannon was able to explain details and answer all of our questions.

I cannot recommend Matt and the team over at Spire Financial enough. If you are reading for reviews to try and find the best loan officer you can stop now because you've found it.
