Efficient dealership with friendly staff. Been coming here since they purchased Cory Fairbanks and the service is better with Sport Mazda.

The dealership was very clean and welcoming. Mickael took his time to show us multiple cars and was very patient because we were quite indecisive. He answered all of my questions and made sure to get me the best deal making it smooth car buying process. He also made sure the car was cleaned, washed and had gas prior to us pick it up. Work with Mickael when purchasing your next vehicle!

Clean waiting lounge and bathroom, the Staff are ALL so very Friendly, Beth, Jay and Brian are the BEST! There were NO snacks!

My service writer was very attentive, he communicated very well, and they got my service done in a good reasonable amount of time. I loved that they sent me the video to show me the work being done. I felt like that was a great detail.

My experience with Sport Mazda North was 4 hours of xxxx. The sales person Julian was very nice, but clearly no experience selling cars. Dealing with the Sales Manager, Shane and the Business Finance Manage r Alex was a joke. They had to re-do my paperwork twice! The dealership was not busy and I couldn't understand why it was taking so long. With what should have been a happy, exciting experience buying a new car, I left the dealership in tears because they seemed to not care about me or the experience.
