The service rep was great! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because you have to call to let them know you need a loaner car instead of them being able to put you in one when you get to the dealer to drop your car off for service . There needs to be an option online to select loaner so customers don’t have to call in to request this.

My car went out on me out of nowhere and I spent some time without a car. I tried to fix it but it was costing way too much to even try to figure out the problem. I decided to look for a new car.
