Customer service is always excellent, only this time my car was not as usual, I have the premium service and when they do the service the washing is included, but this time it seemed that they only covered the car with water

My Mazda suddenly died no electronic activity at all. I Had it serviced at Mazda dealer and they fixed in a reasonable time. It was the steering lock antena as Jay predicted by His experience. Jay detailed oriented me about the process and the mechanic made a detailed video explaining what was going on. I'm very pleased with Sport Mazda Service Department.

I bought a used car on Friday and was nervous about the whole car buying process but Zee made it pleasant and was not pushy like a lot of the car dealers are. I greatly appreciate that as it made the experience pleasant. Wish all the other car dealers would understand you don't have to be pushy and try to up sell products to sell cars.
