Always a pleasure to visit for service. Have been a customer for 17 years and I have no complaints. The attendants greet you with a smile when you first pull up. Renee Gearst always keeps me informed as to the progress of the service to my car. Lloyd has been working on my cars for many years and always treats me fairly and answers questions I may have and he's an excellent mechanic. Brian Celso heads up an excellent team and always makes sure I'm taken care of.

I have used Sport Mazda for over 5 years for sales and service. This visit my oil change took 2 and a half hours. And I asked a maintenance question to the customer service attendant and got a sarcastic answer back not answering my question. And now the dealership doesn’t even put reminder stickers on cars for next service saying the automated reminders will do that. Some negative changes that need improvement.

Usually dealerships stress me, it usually feels like a hunt. Coming to Sports Mazda was the opposite, I was greeted by Jose, he was very kind, he didn’t push any protocols, I told him what I wanted and he listened. The experience was amazing. If you need a new Mazda, you should definitely come here.
