By far, this was the best car leasing experience I have ever had. Ryan Parker was amazing to work with. I am in South Florida and was able to do everything remotely. Sport Mazda North was able to offer the best price and included delivery! After ordering the vehicle, Ryan kept me apprised of where the vehicle was located and its ETA. My experience was with the service dept. Jay Diaz is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very helpful. I was also impressed with how they tell you what's wrong with your car and the cost. They send you a video showing you the issues with your car, including explanations by the mechanic. In addition, they send you an itemized list, with specific cost, of what needs to be repaired. You then select only what you want done. There's no pressure.

My experience at Sport Mazda North was a solo d 100%!
