Jose and Aaron were great. The were friendly, knowledgeable, low-pressure and they made the purchase process very streamlined and efficient. I gave 4/5 stars for the dealership because we had asked for our new CPO vehicle to be thoroughly cleaned before we picked it up and that wasn’t done. It was washed, but not detailed so there were some fingerprints left in the interior and some debris on the exterior. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. The paperwork went quickly and I left with a nice new car!
All the service personnel were very good. However, I am very upset to find out that my "lifetime" oil change service is "expired". Since I have not expired, and I am still the original owner of the vehicle I do not understand this situation. I would like to know why this is happening.
