Contacted Ashley about purchase of new 2021 CX9. Responded promptly and answered all my questions. Gave me a price that was best I could find without the nonsense like other Mazda dealers. Closed my deal in two days and vehicle was delivered to my home. Done!

Best car buying experience we've ever had! Fast, easy, and the price was right. Well, when I worked for a dealership in Huntsville, AL a zillion years ago it was pretty good too. But they sold Porsches and Volvos, and my race car was sponsored by them so I guess that wasn't a fair comparison.

Kyle was an awesome salesperson and I’d work with him again on a future purchase. So far so good with the dealership. Time will tell as we have some future follow up cosmetic work to be done on the vehicle. But seems quite responsive.

My experience with Sport Mazda North was significantly better than I expected it to be going in. I fully expected to have things forced down my throat, but that was certainly not the case. Dave Fant was very polite and informative about the vehicles I was looking at. The offers on my trade-in were fair and also better than I expected. I've been driving my new Mazda for about a month now and I have no complaints. Id like to thank Dave Fant and his manager again for their great customer service!

Ben was my service person, who was quite personable, then went to have a loaner and that was painless. Upon return, my car was ready and had been washed and had help from Beth Campbell to upgrade my tech things. Very pleasant.
