Once you are at the dealership, everything is great. Everyone is very professional. But in this age of Covid, and for customer convenience, they need to make sure that hard transferred calls get picked up. Apparently their phone system switch from legacy company to new company has gone not well. One time on hold for 20 minutes, no one picked up. Second time, following morning gave up after 6 minutes. I would like to recommend Nathan for his professionalism and courtesy during my vehicle purchase. He went above and beyond to be able to complete the sale at a fair price and also get the most I could get for my trade. I have gone to different dealerships trying to workout some sort of a deal but ended up walking out.
