Tyler was apologetic but professional. He explained what happened, and the fact that the technician would be spoken to. He mentioned that he reviewed the video and could see the corrosion. Very comprehensive on his part. I would say the only thing I was expecting but didn't get was something like "and because your wife and brother-in-law had to mess with the battery at their house, clean the terminal, recharge the battery, here's $$ toward your next oil change with us. Other than that, Tyler did a nice job.
