It was long They should maybe get some vending machines I also feel there should be more information given my car is almost a year purchased from you guys, and there was no further information given on my follow up oil change. He didn't say anything about when my complementary oil changes end and that maybe I may need to pay for the next one. Showing concern not just for the company before the client as a whole on an ongoing basis would definitely improve the customer service.
