Ray was very helpful when checking in for my vehicles routine maintenance. I inquired how far down the local gym was as I was planning to walk there while my car was being serviced. He immediately offered for someone to drop me off and pick me up when I was finished. He kept great communication via text message regarding the status of my vehicle.

Amazing all around. From the first contact via email to driving off the lot, it was no pressure and seamless. It’s been a long process of finding the right car and navigating dealerships. I was able to go in and just test drive the car without obligation to talk numbers. I was in and out in 30 minutes, which hadn’t happened at any other dealership I visited. The team at Sport Mazda North did a great job keeping my business after a less than ideal experience at their sister store, Sport Mazda South. They worked hard to find me a reasonable deal for a vehicle I wanted, and found me a competitive finance package. They even drove the vehicle to me at my home and took my trade in across town, which was a thoughtful touch. Julio and Bud made it a convenient and generally pleasant experience.
