RAY IS AMAZING! !! He is super attentive and listens to all my inquiries. He is very aware of all my service needs for future and past so that I am not paying for the same thing over again. He know each of his customers. When he sees me he automatically knows to check if a loaner is available for me because I hate waiting hrs at the dealership and if one is not available then he goes the extra mile to see if any discounts can be applied for the wait. Great customer service , all the associates were very helpful. Then send me a video of them working on my vehicle. The washed my car afterwards which I was extremely grateful for.
