Service was great! Ricardo provided dedicated attention to my needs and answered all of my questions.
Luis made the car buying process easy and straightforward. He was patient, knowledgeable, and focused on matching my needs with the right vehicle. A great experience all around.
By far the most professional dealership I’ve been to out of several states in the US. From start to finish the communication was top notch from everyone here, especially with Carlos. The videos were a nice touch at the beginning of conversations displaying the vehicles I was interested in.
I had the tires rotated, oil changed, and the throttle body induction service. The work was done quickly with no issues. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any service work for their vehicle.
We had an excellent experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and Gil Quiñónes was excellent. The process was speedy and easy.
I have many Mazda dealerships near me, but there is no other dealer with the courtesy, the respect for the customer as Sport Mazda at Orange Blossom Trail.
Thank you Mustapha! Both you and Sport Mazda team made this purchase a wonderful experience. For me, large purchases are tough and filled with internal anxiety but I did not feel that way today! Very glad I chose to come here!
Kerwin was great to work with, he was very accommodating and patient. Most car dealerships are stale and pushy, Mazda made me feel seen and heard. Thanks for the pleasant card buying experience.
Thank you Dylan and Stephen! Great service! I highly recommend Sport Mazda for all your Mazda needs!
