My experience and rating in the last 7 months is as follows; Sales - A / They are not pushy and they follow up in a very nice way. They also make sure that you are familiar with all car options. Parts - A / Very good service when asking for parts Service - A+ / Very good, they follow up on how is the vehicle doing Finance- C minus / After they sell, they do not care any more about the client. I had a great experience with Arthur and Felix buying my new outback over the weekend. Both Arthur and Felix were kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and patient as I made my decision. They truly took the time to understand my needs and must-haves for my new vehicle and worked with me to make sure I was leaving with exactly what I wanted. Adler in finance was awesome as well and was very patient as he walked me through the financing process. Great team, great dealership, great experience!
The car is absolutely phenomenal. Gio did an excellent job with making this a quick and thorough deal. He ensured the car was in a pristine condition, and gave me great driving tips as I had not driven manual in over 15 years.
